- Assist in the planning and implementing of strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance and quality, patient care and safety

- Collaborate with respective clinical services to track clinical performance indicators

  • Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biological Science, Applied Science, or any other healthcare-related field is preferred

  • Preferred Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Education & Experience:

- Good writing abilities, meticulous and good organisational and planning skills

  • Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and oversee junior clerical staff

  • Work Environment:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Technical Skills:

- Experience with SPSS or SAS will be an advantage
