Job Title: Healthcare Leader

Overview:

As a visionary leader in healthcare, you will oversee the formulation and implementation of operational processes to support tertiary and quaternary clinical services.

You will provide strategic oversight for patient care delivery, ensuring it is safe, effective, timely, efficient, and patient-centered. This includes developing and expanding Allied Health-led services to deliver timely and value-based care to patients.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve and transform care delivery, harnessing technological advances to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

  • Strategic Leadership: Set strategic direction for Allied Health Professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, values, goals, and objectives.
  • Clinical Operations: Work closely with Therapeutics Departments and operations teams to translate priorities into departmental workplans and align action plans and processes to support key priorities.
  • Business Development & Financial Management: Develop and implement new services and revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability, while ensuring effective internal controls are in place to mitigate financial risks.
