Regional Health System Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to support the Regional Health System in its efforts to improve population health outcomes.

The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare services and promoting collaboration with industry partners.

A key responsibility of this role will be to manage resources effectively, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved while maintaining data accuracy and completeness for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.

Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financials, statistics, and workflow engineering are essential for success in this position.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills are also necessary, as well as good presentation skills and writing ability.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant work experience is required, with experience in healthcare being an advantage.

Key requirements include strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare services and partners.

Additional responsibilities will include developing and implementing project proposals, managing resources, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.
