We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Management Specialist to join our team at GOLDLION ENTERPRISE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a Sales Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising and company branding guidelines.
  • Educate customers about our brand and provide styling advice.
  • Train new hires on latest SOPs, branding, product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Manage POS, cash and inventory levels.

You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
