Senior Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Bakery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the bakery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for production and sales, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback, using this information to inform business decisions and improve performance.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in bakery or related F&B settings, with knowledge of commercial baking practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
