We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and mechanical systems to identify potential issues and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical system repairs, plumbing system checks, and general upkeep procedures.
  • Assist in the setup and repair of ventilation, air conditioning, and other systems.
  • Undertake pest control activities as required.
  • Conduct installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV, electrical wiring, cabling installation, and electronic circuits.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum Nitec (NTC-3) or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical.
  • At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
