We are seeking an Associate Editor to manage the launch and development of new journals in medicine and life sciences, focusing on integrity of our publication process, speed of review, and excellent author service.
- Ensure new journals are launched on-schedule, meeting required board member and content thresholds.
- Lead the development of proposals for new launches in your subject area.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master's with research experience in medicine or life sciences, interest in open access publishing and scientific research, knowledge of editorial processes and excellent communication skills, customer-focused with strong analytical skills, willing to travel for external events, timely management and prioritization abilities, teamwork and cooperation skills, and previous editorial experience is a plus.
