TheDepartment of Medicine, University Medicine Cluster is seekingcandidates who are highly motivated and willing to join us for achallenging and fulfilling appointment as ResidentPhysician.

The Resident Physician will workwithin the Division of Advanced Internal Medicine as part of theDepartment of Medicine. The Division of Advanced Internal Medicineis comprised of 12 faculty trained in both General InternalMedicine and Medicine Sub-Specialties who deliver care toinpatients and outpatients. The division excels healthcare deliveryinnovation, teaching, and research. The culture is collaborativeand warm.

You will be responsible for theoverall supervision and day-to-day running of the Alexandra Campusin-patient clinical service. This is a new campus for the NUHScluster comprised currently of 3 groups of patients, acute medicalpatients, acute/sub-acute care wards, with a focus inmulti-disciplinary team approach to chronically ill patients whohave complex social needs, and those with cancer and palliativecare needs.You may also be responsible for the supervision andteaching of House Officers, Medical officers and other Trainees.Youwill have significant autonomy in your role while also workingclosely with supportive supervising consultants. You will report tothe AIM Head of Department.

• Possess a basicmedical degree and a postgraduate (MRCP) registrable with theSingapore Medical Council

• Possess a 3 yearpost housemanship clinical experience

• Be inactive clinical practice • Must be registered with the SingaporeMedical Council

• Able to demonstrate gooddiagnostic and clinical management acumen

• Ableto demonstrate teamwork, respect, integrity, compassion andexcellence in his/ her work
