Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Education Management team as a Senior Executive, Curriculum. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of the Year 3 MBBS program, specifically the Medicine and Surgery curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Administration: Provide administrative support for the Year 3 curriculum, including Medicine and Surgery Enhanced Campus Based Learning (ECBL), Clinical Communication sessions, and Wrap-up Week.
  • Content Coordination: Coordinate content experts and simulated patients, including scenario confirmation and recruitment.
  • Teaching Materials Management: Prepare and upload teaching materials on various online platforms.
  • Learning Event Management: Manage learning events for the whole academic year in Elentra, including attendance-taking learning events.
  • Clinical Posting Coordination: Coordinate Medicine and Surgery clinical postings with hospital education offices for students, and provide logistical support for combined teaching sessions in Medicine and Surgery clinical postings.
  • Event Support: Oversee room booking for teaching spaces, and assist in events organised by the team and department.
