Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team.

As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems that ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop control measures to mitigate them.
  • Developing and maintaining EHS process documentation to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the EHS management system.
  • Establishing cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to embed EHS requirements into daily operations, promoting a safety culture through targeted training, awareness programs, and feedback mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and develop control measures to mitigate them.
  2. EHS Process Documentation: Develop and maintain EHS process documentation to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the EHS management system.
  3. Collaboration Mechanisms: Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to embed EHS requirements into daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety & Health Act, NEA environmental regulations) and international standards such as ISO.
  • Hands-on experience in emergency response and incident management for EHS-related events.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive and responsible, with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Language: English (mandatory); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
