**Responsibilities**: 1. Responsible for various EHS metrics from company level safety leading indicators, to assisting corporate level on upkeeping Sustainability Reporting Metrics.2. Identify the EHS gaps and map out necessary strategy to ensure that the departments and company meet the standards.3. Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Singapore statutory regulations.4. Supports and leads, where applicable, improvement projects/tasks, e.g. product line expansion/re-layout, new equipment, etc.5. Enhances Safety Culture of the site and provides support in the development and execution of safety culture, which includes promoting safety and occupational health awareness programs, and well-being of employees.6. Lead and manages training plan, identify training needs and deliver EHS trainings.7. Provide guidance on company risk assessments and safe work practices.8. Assists in reviewing contractor’s risk assessment prior to commencement of work.9. Responsible to work with various stakeholders on all safety aspects of industrial automations phrase from planning, execution and acceptance.10. Ensures that all facilities and equipment are operated in full compliance with safety rules & requirement, consistent with all applicable regulatory requirements11. Lead and conduct incident investigations as well as CAPA reporting, which includes closing of corrective actions with affected departments.12. Leading and contributing to productive EHS campaign/ initiatives to reduce incidents and continual development of the organization EHS culture.13. Responsible for setting 3 yearly and annual plans and targets and measuring performance against EHS KPI.14. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and high standard of fire safety in the facility.15. Responsible for driving implementation, maintenance control and continuous improvement of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.16. Manage and conduct monthly EHS Committee Meeting and Inspection, and track closures.17. Appointed as the IMS Management Representative (MR) for Singapore Site18. Contributes to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Crisis Management Team for Singapore Site19. Appointed as Covid-19 Safe Management Officer (SMO) for Singapore SiteRequirements: - Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, or relevant engineering field. - At least 5-7 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment. - Registered WSHO with MOM. - Registered FSM with SCDF. - Experienced in managing CERT. - Strong knowledge of local regulations, Code of Practices and regulatory requirements, as well as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards. - Strong technical experience in identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards in workplace. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Must be resilient in ensuring work completion and in managing continuous changes/ improvements. - Able to work independently or as a team with various cross-functional departments. - Mature, strong sense of ownership, responsible and accountable. - Self-starter, and excellent follow-up skills. - Meticulous and eye for details.
