Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management for Singapore data centers, ensuring compliance with local EHS regulations and international standards.
- Manage real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and protect personnel and infrastructure.
- Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities, identify key hazards, and develop risk control measures, driving continuous improvement of the EHS management system.
- Design, create, and maintain EHS process documentation to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the EHS management system.
- Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to embed EHS requirements into daily operations, promoting a safety culture through targeted training, awareness programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety & Health Act, NEA environmental regulations) and international standards such as ISO 45001.
- Hands-on experience in emergency response and incident management for EHS-related events.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive and responsible, with strong teamwork abilities.
- Language: English (mandatory); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

- Develop and implement an EHS management system tailored to data center operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to manage EHS alerts, incidents, and audits effectively.
- Maintain a safe and stable operating environment, preventing EHS incidents.
