Customer Service Officer

The Role

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. You will be the welcoming face of our learning community, supporting parents, managing daily operations, and helping our brand shine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Conduct studio tours and share the unique value of our programs.
  • Proactively approach potential customers in the vicinity of the centre.
  • Follow up on leads and support enrolment.
  • Build strong rapport with families to encourage student retention.

Centre Operations & Administration
  • Handle registration, invoicing, and fee collection.
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
  • Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean and ready.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a cheerful, organized approach.

Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions).
  • Schedule and track marketing campaigns.


Requirements

Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Proactive and confident in engaging with parents and the public. Organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task effectively. Comfortable using digital tools. Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Work Details

Part-time, Saturday 8.30am to 6pm. Remuneration: $12-15/hr.
