Job Description:
Manning the Frontline:
  • Operate reception counters and retail mall information counters, ensuring efficient system operations.
  • Assist shoppers' needs and requests at the customer service counter, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Accurately record CX related reports, including inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, and enquiries log.
  • Resolve receipt dispute issues through liaison with merchants and shoppers.
  • Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, addressing general inquiries and Suntec+ points accreditation.
  • Engage shoppers during counter visits on the Suntec+ loyalty program.
  • Process in-bound casual leasing enquiries for atrium space via online platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
  • Enquiry response time and responsiveness.
  • Closing rate for pushcart and vending machine bookings.
  • Call rate and leads churned from tenant liaison activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Marketing/Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in frontline public-facing roles, such as shopping malls or hotel frontlines.
  • Able to commit to working weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding lease opportunities and promotions.
  2. Collaborate with tenants for participation in upcoming campaigns, including promos, deals, and physical activations.
  3. Train tenants on Suntec+ onboarding, including basic program training.
