Our organization seeks a CloudSense Support specialist to drive business growth in the telecommunications sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, with expertise in BSS solutions and the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform. They will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives.

This role is remote-based in Singapore, requiring the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a talented individual who can translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and implement efficient order management and billing solutions, and analyze client needs to deliver end-to-end BSS transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop B2B product offerings that align with client specifications.
  • Design and implement order management and billing solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze client business requirements and create technical specifications for optimal solution design.
  • Participate in system-related activities to ensure seamless integration within the telecommunications domain.
