Strategic Partnership Development Role

The Director of Client Development will lead the development of strategic partnerships with global brands, driving growth and revenue through advanced research and analysis.

  • Develop a comprehensive vertical strategy across key sectors including CPG, Retail, and Pharma.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and capitalize on them through executive engagement and strategic analysis.
  • Influence business strategies by bringing actionable insights back to the organization.
  • Build senior-most relationships with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, uncover client pain points, and translate business needs into high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect global account planning, ensuring holistic coverage across brand, commerce, media, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver cross-functional client solutions.
  • Expand revenue potential through new partnership models, co-innovation opportunities, and long-term growth programs.
  • Define success pathways and operational frameworks for client partnerships.
  • Remove operational roadblocks to ensure flawless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Build an internal culture that mirrors how you want to be perceived externally: smart, strategic, agile, and deeply client-focused.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Global Demand team's priorities in executive leadership meetings and planning forums.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing market intelligence and proactive recommendations.
