As a key player in the fragrance industry, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and lead the implementation of strategies that drive business growth with our largest FMCG customer.
This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide fragrance solutions that meet the customer's needs while driving revenue growth for Givaudan.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a collaborative relationship with local and regional partners at our largest FMCG customer
- Build account strategies to promote existing business and explore new opportunities
- Lead fragrance development programs to provide solutions to the largest FMCG customer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of sales/technical experience in the fragrance industry
- Degree-level education in business or a related technical field
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Competent olfactive knowledge with experience working with fragrances or fragranced consumer products
- Understanding of customer dynamics, consumer trends, market dynamics, and the industry landscape
