Fragrance Regulatory Executive Role

As a Fragrance Regulatory Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities include leading regulatory compliance for all fragrance products, developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, overseeing technical documentation and data management, tracking regulatory changes, and liaising with stakeholders.

  • Lead regulatory compliance for all fragrance products and raw materials in accordance with global regulations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks to support new product development and existing product portfolio.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and approval of safety data sheets, IFRA certificates, and other compliance documentation.
  • Manage regulatory databases, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and version control.
  • Track and interpret global regulatory changes, assessing impact on the business operations and products.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, cosmetic science, or related discipline; minimum 3-5 years of regulatory experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing.
