Job Overview

The fragrance industry is a dynamic and innovative sector that offers numerous opportunities for professionals who are passionate about beauty and sales. As a Fragrance Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting our luxury fragrance products to customers and providing them with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador in promoting our fragrance products.
  • Promote Cartier fragrance products over the assigned counter.
  • Welcome and interact with customers, share solid product knowledge, and convert opportunities to sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional consultations.
  • Maintain basic housekeeping and abide by all operation procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as needed.
  • Ensure counter cleanliness and proper presentation of products and testers on shelves.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate interests and/or knowledge of fragrance products.
  • Proactive and demonstrate willingness to learn.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
