The Perfumer will provide expert creative and technical expertise to develop innovative fragrances that meet our clients' evolving needs.

You will be at the forefront of our client's product innovation, translating concepts into alluring scents that exceed expectations.

  • Lead the creative development and composition of new fragrances, focusing on emerging trends and client preferences.
  • Provide specialized support to Sales and Marketing teams during key customer meetings, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Create winning fragrances that align with market demands and client briefs, incorporating the latest research and insights.
  • Contribute to R&D projects with perfumery expertise, enhancing existing products and developing new ones.
  • Evaluate fragrances for quality, performance, and stability, ensuring exceptional standards.

About the Perfumery Team/Manager

You will report directly to the Manager and leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive results.

You will collaborate closely with junior members in the Fragrance team, mentoring and guiding them to elevate their technical capabilities.

Skill and Experience Requirements

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Perfumer within the Fragrance Industry, preferably with a proven track record in Asia markets.
  • Exceptional olfactory evaluation ability and the capacity to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced product development environment.
