About this role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable **Fragrance Advisor **to join our team. If you have a deep appreciation for fine fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creating memorable experiences, we invite you to apply.

As a Fragrance Advisor, you will be the brand ambassador for our fragrance collection, providing expert guidance to customers and creating an enchanting shopping experience. Your role will involve assisting customers in discovering their ideal scents, sharing your expertise on fragrance families, and contributing to the overall success of the fragrance department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Consultation:

- Engage customers in personalized fragrance consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable scents.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and ingredients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative environment.

Sales and Targets:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting and selling fragrances.
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance the customer's fragrance experience.
- Stay informed about promotions, new launches, and industry trends to drive sales.

Product Knowledge:

- Continuously educate yourself on the latest fragrance releases, industry trends, and the stories behind each fragrance.
- Share your passion for fragrances with customers and provide insights into the unique qualities of each scent.

Visual Merchandising:

- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing fragrance displays.
- Ensure that the fragrance section is organized, clean, and visually attractive to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the **fragrance or beauty industry **.
- A genuine passion for fragrances and a keen sense of smell.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and ingredients.
- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
