Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the development and execution of growth plans for Marine insurance solutions across Asia. The Regional Director will be responsible for driving client and revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with insurers and reinsurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client and revenue growth plans for Marine risks in Asia.
  • Develop sales strategies across Marine risks to ensure aggressive growth.
  • Build rapport with insurers and reinsurers to develop leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with retail teams on broking strategy for key clients.
  • Provide technical support and training to the network.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the Marine insurance industry, minimum registration with MAS or similar qualification, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess technical skills around insurance policy interpretation and drafting.
