Job Overview

The Regional Director, Marine Asia is responsible for driving strategic growth plans for Marine insurance solutions across the region.

  • Deliver client and revenue growth plans for Marine risks in Asia.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure a clear path to aggressive growth.
  • Build relationships with insurers and reinsurers to develop leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with retail teams on broking strategy for key clients.
  • Support responses to quotations and tenders from Aon offices in Asia.
  • Provide technical support and training to the network.
Daily Responsibilities

The role involves driving delivery of client and revenue growth plans for Marine risks in Asia. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure a clear path to aggressive growth. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with insurers and reinsurers to develop leads and opportunities.

  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Budget and forecast financial performance.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams.
