Customer Advocacy Program Manager

T CWGlobal is seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocacy Program Manager to lead our customer advocacy initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and executing customer advocacy programs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer-facing teams and cultivating strong relationships with customers. They'll also have excellent prioritization and project management skills, with a high degree of conscientiousness and attention to detail.
In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and advocacy. You'll also be responsible for creating premium brand experiences for customers and driving future revenue growth.
