Job Description

The Client Services Partner is a key player in our services organization, responsible for driving growth and success in our customers' businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of our services portfolio and the ability to position and sell our offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a services strategy that aligns with our customers' business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales teams, customers, and Customer Success Management teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services offerings.
  • Collaborate with our consulting services team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our services offerings remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing services role within the Enterprise Software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and success in a services organization.
  • Strong understanding of our services portfolio and the ability to position and sell our offerings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our sales teams, customers, and Customer Success Management teams.
