**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Proposal Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality proposals and cost estimations for major tenders.

This involves estimating project quantities and costs for complex projects, including HVAC equipment take-off, IO summary preparation, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, BOQ preparation, costing, and valve selection.

In addition to proposal development, you will also assist in the planning and coordination of all estimating activities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering documentation, such as drawings and specifications.

  • Degree: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in ACMV/BMS
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of specifications and drawings
