Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to lead the development and delivery of high-quality proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and scope of work. This involves reviewing and revising proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client specifications.

A comprehensive project plan for each proposal response must be developed, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with proposal requirements.

Drafting, editing, and compiling proposal content is a critical aspect of this role. It requires excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in RFP response development or proposal writing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and ability to respond to complex requirements
