As a Sales Specialist - Proposals, you will be preparing proposals/bids and contract negotiation. You will also ensure compliance with contract commitments and conduct commercial risk assessment.
As a Sales Specialist - Proposals, you will be responsible for:
- Handling spare parts inquiries and reviewing and proposing parts per customers or channel partners’ requirements
- Costing, pricing and prepare and submitting quality proposals
- Preparing the order packages and reviewing purchase orders received to ensure commercial and technical portions are correct and align with proposals
- Preparing documents and instructions for orders handover to the Customer Order and Fulfilment Team
- Managing serial record retrieval requests for specification sheets, Bill of Material (BOM), Assembly Quality Plan (AQP), drawings, certificates, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors or certification with an accredited academic institution in Chemical or Mechanical Engineer
- Have 5 years' experience in a similar position and organization, in control valves, oil and gas, power plant or chemical industry
