  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation systems and benefits policies.
  • Ensure that compensation, tax, and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and tax regulations in each country.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in compensation management, payroll, cost analysis, or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation management, and tax policies.
  • Expertise in compensation data analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
