- Manages the payroll team.
- Oversee the payroll processing for the Group of Companies
- Cross-checks on salary computations to ensure the accuracy of salary payout
- Posts payroll transactions into SAP system
- Review salary reconciliation reports
- Review Monthly Reports (Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report and Headcount Reports) to various department heads
- Processes government related claims such as NS Reservist, Maternity leave, Child Care Leave claims, etc
- _Performance Management & Reward System _
- Ensure compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Administers the annual Staff Performance Appraisal, Annual Increment and Variable Bonus payout exercise for Executive staff
- _Others _
- Provides payroll related data for MOM surveys and questionnaires etc
- Manages HR Process Improvement Projects or assignments
- Manages ad-hoc duties (NDOC, SRC, staff communications, etc)

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Human Resource Management preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in payroll management for a large size organization of more than 1000 employees.
- Experience in shared services set-up will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of manpower regulations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations
- Good HR knowledge and experience in payroll system and function
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet
