Payroll Manager

A successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage in-house payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all entities.
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes that meet organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll is accurately calculated and processed.
- Work closely with operations to resolve attendance and leave matters.
- Manage tax clearance, CPF submissions, income tax filings, and government claims.
- Prepare monthly manpower costing reports and perform cost analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in payroll with a lead role.
- Experience handling overseas payroll, particularly in Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Times Software/Workday and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, supervisory, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves:
- Leading and managing payroll processes, including timesheet calculations and attendance management.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.

The following skills are highly desirable:
