**PAYROLL MANAGER**:
**SUMMARY**:
- Our client is a leading company in the F&B industry. They strive to provide the best jobs to people who are committed to providing world-class service. They are currently looking for Payroll Manager to join their team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform daily payroll operations
- Update data and information accurately for all employees
- Collate and analyze monthly reconciliation of payroll costs/ benefit components to identify potential risks, insights, trends and historical transactions to support workforce budgeting and compensation planning
- Attend employee inquiries, complaints or problems and make required adjustments of routine and non-routine nature in accordance with policies and legal aspects of payroll requirements
- Collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders external parties including payroll vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with both internal and external mandatory requirements.
- Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, government grants, IR8A, IR21 & NS claims.
- Submit Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, etc.)
- Prepare and submit reports such as reconciliation and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
- Any other Payroll ad-hoc duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline or relevant professional qualifications.
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore CPF and labour laws are essential
