Event Coordinator Position

The role of Event Coordinator is to enhance member satisfaction by supporting the planning and delivery of events, programmes, and engagement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Raise general membership satisfaction by organizing and managing club events, courses, and recreational programmes.
  • Assist in formulating and executing the Club's work plan and strategies to meet divisional objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute executive learning, social, and recreational events.
  • Act as Secretariat for Club Interest Groups (e.g., Golfing Section) and provide administrative support.
  • Manage partnerships and vendors to ensure quality delivery of services and programmes.
  • Conduct market scans to identify new and relevant courses/activities.
  • Promote activities in collaboration with the marketing team to increase member participation.
  • Compile and track KPIs, event statistics, and activity reports accurately and timely.
  • Handle all event feedback, inquiries, and prepare post-event reports when required.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' / diploma levels with good CCA records and/or active involvement in sports.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in events management.
  • Possess excellent service mindset.
  • Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure.
  • Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skill.
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic website knowledge.
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents need apply.
