Job Description

As a Family Experience Ambassador/Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading play activities, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service that delights both children and adults.

You will be the face of our family-friendly spaces, including interactive zones like buds by Shangri-La and Splash.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating engaging, safe, and educational play sessions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety across all kids' play areas.
  • Assisting with guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
  • Supporting marketing, promotions, and themed events.
  • Handling POS reports, incident logs, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Upholding hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Energetic, articulate, and neat in appearance.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Basic Child Care.
  • Service-oriented, enthusiastic, and creative with a sense of humor.
