Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department heads to provide guidance, support, and service delivery in key areas such as manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations and engagement.
  • Manage manpower data analysis, generating meaningful insights and driving actions forward.
Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
  • Handle the full spectrum of talent acquisition, from requisition approval to candidate shortlisting, salary proposals, and offer making.
  • Work with stakeholders on licensing, accreditation, and registration matters, as well as privileging exercises for specialists and senior resident physicians.
  • Communicate and advise on HR policies, implementing management practices that align with policies and comply with regulations.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Prepare reports for supporting departments and review workflow processes regularly.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Change Management
  • Investigate workplace misconduct and employee grievances, following through on action plans after investigation conclusion.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to department heads on employee risk matters, such as performance issues, staff counselling, and coaching.
  • Recommend interventions to improve employee engagement.
Job Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional preferred.
  • At least 6 years of HR generalist experience, with healthcare experience an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Success Factors HRIS or SAP HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Confident, independent, dynamic, proactive, people-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with sound judgment.
  • Strong team player, adaptable, and flexible with high drive and commitment.
