Job Summary:
As a MOS Crew Member, you'll join an enthusiastic team that prepares meals with care and delivers friendly service that keeps customers coming back. We take pride in serving great food with genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
  • Take orders accurately at the cashier and self-service kiosks
  • Prepare meals following our quality and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, including taking out trash and cleaning surfaces
  • Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle customer feedback or concerns with care and professionalism
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
  • No experience needed, we're happy to train you
  • Fd Hygiene Certificate is a plus, but not required
  • Some knowledge of the F&B industry is helpful
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
