  • Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe and coffee preparation area.
  3. Assist with ordering and cashiering, including handling difficult situations in a calm manner.
  4. Usher customers, scoop ice cream, and prepare ice cream desserts.
  5. Clear tables, dishes, and disinfect the area.
  6. Learn on the job and take initiative to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or Service crew is not necessary; we welcome individuals who are eager to learn.
  • Able to multitask and keep track of inventory and stock check.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm manner.
  • Basic cleaning skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance.
  • Friendly and have good sense of customer service.
