  • Conduct regular customer experience surveys and review feedback with the Aftersales Department.
  • Resolve customer complaints proactively and ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance practices.
  • Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
