Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by greeting them warmly, responding to their inquiries, and assisting with their luggage.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and its surroundings, as well as being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to a wide range of guest inquiries and requests.
