Excellent Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew Member to join our team. As a Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service according to procedures and standards.
Daily Operations: Assist in the opening and closing of the outlet, take orders, set tables, clean the outlet, and ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed daily.
Cashiering Duties: Perform basic cashiering duties and provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B department.
Beverage Handling: Handle beverages and be familiar with all items on the menu, including recipes, drink lists, wine lists, methods of preparation, and preparation times.
Menu Recommendations: Recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.
Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and communicate with the immediate supervisor for follow-up.
Personal Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment at all times.
Section Cleaning: Clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
Teamwork: Coordinate with stewards, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Additional Duties: Help other areas of the restaurant, answer telephones, complete financial transactions, and maintain table culture and ambiance.
Requirements:
No experience is required, but we welcome those who have some.
No minimum certification is necessary, but having one may be beneficial.
The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
A personable, charming, and outgoing personality, with a strong service attitude, is required.
A 5-day workweek, with 44 hours per week, is expected.
Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents may apply.
