Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Job Description:

  • You will handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence with tenants, website updates, and digital directory management.

  • You will conduct regular roving duties to maintain common areas and retail spaces, addressing any maintenance issues or customer feedback.

  • You will provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public.

  • You will handle customers' feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

  • You will perform paging and in-house announcements based on standard guidelines.

  • You will receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls as required.

  • You will handle lost and found items efficiently.

  • You will assist in executing mall promotions and events.

  • You will promote the CapitaStar Loyalty program and eCapitaVoucher.

  • You will introduce the public to digital solutions such as eGift-With-Purchase and CapitaStar applications.

  • You will conduct mall round duties for marketing communication facilities inspection.

  • You will educate mall retailers on eCapitaVoucher acceptance.

  • You will manage partners' loyal program redemptions.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • One or two years of working experience in a similar capacity is preferred.

  • You must be a team player with a pleasant disposition.

  • You must have high self-initiative and attention to detail.

  • You must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • You must be computer literate, customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
