Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, including email correspondence and website updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant disposition, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Administrative duties: Handling email correspondence, website updates, and digital directory uploads.
  • Roving duties: Maintaining common areas and retail spaces, flagging maintenance issues or customer feedback.
  • Customer service: Providing timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public.
  • Feedback and complaints: Handling customers' feedback and complaints.
  • Paging and announcements: Performing paging and in-house announcements based on standard guidelines.
  • Receiving calls: Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls.
  • Lost and found: Handling and administering of lost and found items.
  • Mall promotions: Assisting in the execution of mall's promotions and events.
  • Upselling loyalty programs: Upselling the CapitaStar Loyalty program and eCapitaVoucher.
  • Digital solutions: Introducing the public to CapitaLand's enhanced customer service through digital solutions.
  • In-mall inspections: Conducting mall round duties for in-mall Marketing Communication facilities inspection.
  • Education and training: Educating mall retailers on eCapitaVoucher acceptance.
  • Partnership management: Managing partners' loyal programme redemptions.
Requirements
  • Basic education and above.
  • Preferably with 1 or 2 years' working experience in similar capacity.
  • A team player and possess a pleasant disposition.
  • High self-initiative and attentive to details.
  • Required to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
