**Job Description:**

The Deputy Director is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the strategic direction and operational planning of our nationwide initiatives. As a leader, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-regional projects, developing effective workflows, and ensuring the timely recruitment and allocation of manpower to support service delivery.

You will lead discussions with hospitals to deliver the KidSTART antenatal programme, oversee its implementation, and monitor challenges and concerns that may affect service continuity. Additionally, you will coordinate overall SMD functions, including budget management, forward planning, and coordination of workplans and retreats.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in leading teams, and at least 8-10 years of experience in the social service or government sector. You must be passionate about forging partnerships, exercising initiative, and displaying innovation in problem-solving.
