Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Mentor and coach educators to enhance their teaching practices and improve student outcomes
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing parent engagement, community outreach, and talent development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in educational leadership, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
