Corporate Education Initiative Director

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Education Initiative Director with expertise in AI, ML, and Gen AI to spearhead our corporate education initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge training programs for clients in the EdTech industry.

This involves creating innovative programs based on their expertise, engaging subject matter experts for program delivery, and ensuring that programs align with industry standards and client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, ML, and Gen AI and be able to provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our training capabilities is essential.

The role also involves working closely with clients to identify technology needs, recommend suitable solutions, and oversee implementation.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality training programs, identifying, engaging, and managing subject matter experts, and mentoring a team of instructors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing curriculum development, staying updated on industry trends, and overseeing team management.

Qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, ML, and Gen AI, with a focus on training, pre-sales, and technology solutioning.
  • Demonstrated experience in the EdTech sector, understanding client needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to address client needs effectively.

Bonus points for experience in cross-functional collaboration, revenue growth, sales enablement, customer lifecycle, analytics, and reporting.
