Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Contact Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Channel Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and operational excellence, as well as developing and implementing strategies to optimize channel efficiency and meet organizational objectives.

This is a 1-year contract position with a salary up to $4.2K and completion bonus opportunities.

The location for this role is in East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Channel Operations team
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel efficiency and improve workflows
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure professional growth and high performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and support cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
  • Min. 3-4 years relevant experience in contact centre
  • Min. 2 years in a supervisory role
