Overview:
As a Sales Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various industries, including facility, construction, and engineering solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and improving market reach. You will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position products and services

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the facility, construction, or engineering industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
