Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with clients and contractors.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building and construction sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
