We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to drive business expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in each country within the region.
- Proactively engage in product sales and marketing, channel penetration, and development to expand market presence.
- Responsible for new product introduction (NPI) and sales tracking, ensuring seamless execution of company policies and guidelines.
- Take charge of product management, including conducting product training workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose business opportunities that align with company goals.
- Measure and track countries' performance in terms of sales growth and market penetration.
- Review and understand product key USPs and features.
- Assist country partners in product quality and warranty matters, as well as compliance matters.
- Prepare monthly sales/marketing reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in business development, with a proven track record of growing and sustaining sales revenue.
- Candidates with prior experience in consumer electronics are advantageous.
- Aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently, with comfort in traveling.
