Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement business growth opportunities, sourcing for partners to support business expansion in Singapore and beyond.
  • Tender Management: Review commercial/contract requirements, prepare tender/bid submission, seeking approval from management as per financial policy manual and participate in tender/bidding evaluation or negotiation together with technical teams from internal BUs and sub-contractors;
  • Project Execution and Cost Control: Project execution, monitoring and cost control management for secured projects of the assigned cost centre that are completed according to expected time and schedule as per contract; managed efficiently and effectively; managed profitability within approved budget; recommend or approve sub-contractors.

Responsibilities: Lead civil and structural engineering functions to ensure operational readiness, maintenance, and compliance of rail infrastructure assets within the network. Responsible for the achievement of Financial Year targets for transport and/or non-transport related consultancy, solutions, services, and projects: identify, develop and implement business growth opportunities, forecasting and managing budget/cost and expenses to meet expected revenue and EBIT.
